How to shop
Browse available items throughout the site. Found something you like? On the product page, select the size, color, and style (where applicable). Adjust for your desired quantity by clicking on the “-” or “+” signs, and then click the `Add to cart` button. You’ll know that the item has been added to cart when you see a red circle over the cart icon in the upper right hand corner of the page.
To checkout, simply click on the cart icon and preview your cart. You can adjust the quantity of your items in the cart window and see a new subtotal for your cart contents. When you’re ready, click `Checkout Now` to be taken to the check out page.
On the checkout page, you’ll have the option to check out as a Guest or Create a New Account. We recommend creating an account for better order tracking and faster checkout for future orders.
Once your payment and shipping information has been entered. Select `Pay now` to complete your order.
Inventory availability
When placing your order online, you will see one of the following inventory status comments for each product with its availability. Please see below for descriptions for each.
- In Stock: The item you are requesting is currently in stock and available to ship.
- Pre-Sell: This item is available for advanced ordering. It will ship when in stock.
- Back Order: The item you are requesting is on re-order, and will be available shortly. Any items you order which exceed the available quantity will remain on order in back-ordered status. These items will be shipped to you in one shipment when the last item becomes available. You will be charged for the items at that time. If you have any questions regarding back-ordered items, please call 1-888-250-6439 (Monday – Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST) to speak with a customer service representative.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the merchandise within 60 days of receipt for a refund. Simply click the “Request return” button in your order to begin the return process.
FAQs
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Make sure to enter your entire international address in English characters. Don't forget the Postal Code!
How much does shipping cost?
It really depends on what/how much you order. Shipping ranges can start at $3 for smaller items and increase from there based on quantity, packaging requirements, weight, and regional duties and taxes.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes. We want you to love your order!. If your gear doesn't fit as expected, we'll be happy to exchange it for a different size. Contact us and we'll help you process your exchange.

Where is my package? The tracking information hasn't been updated in a long time. Can you tell me where it is?
For customers in North America: Our customer service team can only see the same tracking information as you, when you use your tracking number to view shipment status on the carrier website. Domestic packages should be received within two weeks of shipping confirmation (often much sooner). Please contact us if you are a US customer and have not received your order after two weeks.
For international customers outside of the Americas: Our customer service team can only see the same tracking information as you, when you use your tracking number to view shipment status on the carrier website. International orders can take much longer for shipping and processing—in rare cases international orders can take up to 8 weeks from the date of departure from our US warehouse to be delivered. If the tracking information was last in the US and hasn't updated recently, it is more than likely still making its way there. Once it arrives at that next destination, the package will be scanned and the tracking information will update. If it has been over 8 weeks since it has been updated, contact usand we can try shipping your order again at no additional cost to you.
I paid for shipping when I placed my order, but when the package arrived, I had to pay and additional fee to receive it. Why is that?
Our shipping cost does not include import or customs taxes. This is a common occurrence for international orders and unfortunately, we have no control over them.
By completing an order on www.thegithubshop.com, you, the buyer, authorize GitHub to import the goods on your behalf. Further, you are authorizing that GitHub may delegate the obligation to import the goods on your behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). You, the buyer, will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
